Registries

For your convenience we have registered at several stores that are nation-wide and have websites from which you can order.  Below are links to the stores at which we are registered, but please feel free to use your own creativity as well, we are just happy to celebrate our happiness/devotion/good fortune/luck/commitment with you.

The easiest way to find any of the registries is with Felipe's name.  There aren't too many Teutle's out there.

Crate and Barrel   for our dishes and glassware and some service pieces

Bed Bath and Beyond   for all sorts of household items

Target   for some fun stuff and things for outside that we couldn't find at the other stores.

If you are interested in buying Judaica for our new home, we have registered with Eva Vogel at the Congregation B'nai Shalom Sisterhood gift shop.  Please feel free to contact Eva at 925.932.0496 or you can email her at vogeleva@astound.net  Eva has a great idea of our sense of taste and style and is very helpful.

Our Vendors

Culinary Excellence - caterer

We can't say enough positive things about our caterer!  They went above and beyond and they were really phenomenal.  Any questions we had were answered and any concerns we had were for nothing.  Katherine, the person in charge of our affair, was amazing and remembered everything.  The food was delicious and they also did all sorts of other extras.  They took care of all the linens, the set-up, the candles and candle holders, the tents (anyone notice that?) and it was all part of the deal, not added on item by item.  We would and do recommend Culinary Excellence in a heartbeat.  They also did our cake.

Carter Brookes - photographer

We haven't seen the final product yet, but he was a joy to work with that day and both Felipe and I were really impressed with his previous work . . .we should know next week.

Asiel Design - flowers

We thought the flowers were great!  Linnae was a sweetheart to work with and she is is incredible with her designs.  Please be advised that she is an artist and some of the business aspects needed patience. . . like it took three goes to get all the proper information and deposits to show on our contract.  We have no problem recommending Asiel Design for phenomenal flowers.

Joel Abramson (the DJ - also has a band)

We would not recommend him.  He brought the wrong speakers for the room, did not have the schedule that he had laid out and all the other vendors were running on, didn't play the music we asked for, messed up our snowball first dance and was just unprofessional and annoying.  He moved his table during setup so we lost part of the room and this was after throwing a bit of a pout because we wouldn't get him a stage.  Not someone we would recommend at all!

Dunsmuir Historic Estate

Beautiful place and if you are prepared to be nickeled and dimed to death, go for it.  If you do use the site, use Culinary Excellence and let Katherine deal with Rebecca Brasso, it will take some of the sting out of a rude and condescending woman who is the on-site "coordinator".  I found that she didn't do much but be high and mighty and tell us we really didn't know what we were talking about and "yes, they do charge a $90.00 delivery fee to take a table out of the back closet."  I have heard that a lot of places nickel and dime, but I have no comparison and this seemed excessive.  The accounting department also didn't really speak English and every time they said we wouldn't be charged for something it would show up on the bill or be deducted from our deposit anyways and we would have to fight to get it removed or get the money back.  I guess I can't really recommend The Dunsmuir Historic Estate either.
